The January SATSANG is in BALI!!!

It's that time of the year again; the planning for the SATSANG RETREAT has begun.
As you are making plans for your trip, here are some details to help you in your preparation.

The SATSANG will be held from JANUARY 9th – JANUARY 23rd, 2015.

SOME REMINDERS

Getting There By Air

There are several airlines, which provide direct air services from the Kuala Lumpur to Bali.

Malaysia Airlines (MAS) –from KLIA www.malaysiaairlines.com and
IMPORTANT – if you are transiting from abroad, use Malaysian Airlines to fly to Bali as the other budget airlines do not fly out of the same airport – they are around 15 minutes away.

You can use these budget airlines if you are spending a few days in Kuala Lumpur before leaving for Bali or you have enough time to get to the Budget Terminal - KLIA 2

The flying time is approximately three hours from Kuala Lumpur (KLIA) to Bali. All flights into Bali island at Ngurah Rai International Airport.

This time as you all would know by now we are very excited that the SATSANG is going to be held at a complex of luxury private villas. Things are a bit different this time around for this reason. Here are some details, which are different:

We are booking by the villa, each villa has 4 - 6 rooms. As it is our first time with this new place they are very strict and require us to make a big deposit before blocking off the place for us as these beautiful villas are in high demand. SO please understand and send us your 50% deposits by 10th November. This is for us to secure the villas for ourselves.

Also please understand that we have to book the entire villa, we cannot book on a room-to-room basis. And that leads us to the next point;.
Your balance payments will have to be made by December 1st at the latest.
Most of the beds are king sized and you will have to share so I am sure you would like to pick who you are going to share your bed with. Please let me know otherwise I am more than happy to pick your sleeping partners. ;)
BUT if you prefer to take the whole room for yourselves, there will be an additional cost of RM 27,042.00. Again let me know now, otherwise if the villa fills up, we won’t be able to offer this to you.
All food is being catered. If you are VEGETRAIN, let me know will try to work that too.
AIRPORT TRANSFER and flight itinerary. The villas are around 40 mins from the airport without traffic. Hopefully your flight lands at off peak time. The villa management has advised that it is easier to get a taxi right from the airport. If you are landing in groups that will definitely be more cost effective.

FOR LOCALS – since most of us are travelling via Air Asia or Malindo on the 9th – if you get yourselves organized and let me know early, I can look into a mini van so its more cost effective.

SATSANG Structure

We will begin on with a tea break (as is our custom) on the 9th January and end with breakfast on the 23rd January.

And as the custom, we don’t know what Master is going to do for the rest of the time till we get there.
