1. Choose your reaction consciously.....deliberately instead of being in auto mode.
2. Look into your past...........trace back all the pivotal decisions you made......relook at your reactions........they would have been conventional reactions.
3. In a day, one can have many satoris if one choose not to react unconsciously. Undo the auto.
4. In any situation, there is a moment the choice to react deliberately/ consciously is available.......this is most times missed.
5. Most adopt a mind....auto reaction. Instead, take time to deliberate.
6. One has no right to judge another (e.g. parents). One errs and is able to let it go but not able to do the same upon others.
7. Give space to others in your life. If one cancels/dismisses others , others are missed completely. It is not all about you only. So, what are the actions and reactions you intend to take?
8. Look everyday at what is coming up, rising in you, what you miss.
9. When one panics, one claims to know (and reacts in auto mode), otherwise one would be takiing time to look at something for a longer period of time to deliberate.
10. Every moment, watch what is rising in you. Drop auto mode. Meditation is only possible when one walks away from something......in this case, unconscious reaction/ automation.
